His Human Capital Model has supported organizations across engineering, architecture, SaaS, aviation, manufacturing, brokerage, and nonprofit leadership — consistently aligning people, process, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.

JD holds a Master of Science from Creighton University, along with advanced SHRM and HR/Risk Management credentials. His leadership at GCG enhances the cooperative's ability to scale partner companies and build durable, high-performance talent infrastructures.

Outside of work, JD is a devoted dog dad to Harry, a skilled marksman, and an avid skeet and trap shooting enthusiast — bringing the same focus and steadiness to his personal pursuits that he brings to every client engagement.
